Art Zone — 6929 NW Friberg-Strunk St, Suite 230, Camas, WA 98607
Teens & Adults Welcome • No Artistic Experience Required
As the seasons shift and the days grow softer, autumn invites us to release what no longer serves us and gently return to ourselves. Fall Into Calm is a guided creative workshop designed to offer just that—a moment to slow down, reconnect, and breathe through artful play.
In this two-hour workshop, you’ll be guided step-by-step through creating a fall-inspired painting using expressive color, layered textures, and mindful creative prompts. No artistic skill is needed—just curiosity and a willingness to explore. This is less about the final piece and more about the process of easing your mind, relaxing your body, and allowing creative flow to bring you back to center.
You’ll enjoy:
A calming, supportive environment
All art supplies provided
Gentle facilitator-guided instruction
A chance to explore creative expression for stress relief
Complimentary tea and coffee to sip and savor
Whether you're seeking personal reflection, a mindful afternoon reset, or simply time to make art in community—this workshop offers a nourishing moment to land, let go, and renew.
Your seat is waiting — come fall into calm with us.
NOTE: The ticket price is inclusive of the new Washington State tax law (ESSB 5814) that charges sales tax for live events.
