Includes all art supplies: poster board, glue, stamps, magazines, collage materials, washi tapes, and so much more. Feel free to bring any images, words, phrases, or photos that you'd like to add to your vision board. Light snacks/tea provided. We'll begin with a guided meditation to ground us in our time together.

Jocelyn Fitzgerald - Jocelyn began as a psychotherapist in California, working with teens, and later expanded her practice to Vancouver, WA, where she specializes in trauma and EMDR therapy. She is passionate about empowering others through art therapy and training paraprofessionals. Jocelyn co-authored a Kindle bestseller, “Colorful Place: Mindful Story and Art”.
Lilian Belaen - Lilian combines decades of leadership experience in employee benefits with a passion for creativity to lead team-building workshops, art classes, and colorful murals. In March 2025, she established Uplift Murals & Team Building to promote well-being for individuals, enhance team collaboration, and improve emotional wellness through the power of art.
Nicole B. Schmidt - Nicole, an artist, teacher, award-winning designer, and certified facilitator in Vancouver, WA. Nicole’s mission is to facilitate spaces for growth and healing through creative practices and expression.
