Private Creative Mindfulness Class
Today I’m leading a private creative mindfulness class for an individual in their home with 12 of their associates. We are going through a two-hour intuitive mixed-media art session where I will guide them through a grounding exercise before we dive into a creative process where we let our intuition guide what colors and images to put together with no preconceived idea of what the result will be.
A recent study showed that just 45 minutes of guided art-making lowered cortisol—the body’s stress hormone—for 75% of participants. Our workshops bring this research to life with accessible, relaxing, and creatively restorative sessions for your group.
